Routine Maintenance:
AdBlue will be topped up at routine safety visits if the tank is below 3/4 full. For the majority of buses this will be enough to last between 8 week inspection cycles however the amount of AdBlue a bus uses can vary.
The bus will alert you when the AdBlue level is becoming low.
If AdBlue is required, this is filled under the bonnet through the blue AdBlue cap.
It is highly recomended you check the oil level through the dash as opposed to with the dipstick as this will tell you the exact quantity of oil to add if required.
Please note 69 plate buses and newer do not have dipsticks fitted.
If the vehicle has been overfilled and is displaying the oil to high warning message, an engineers visit will be required. Please contact your transport manager to arrange a visit from Elite Mechanics.
Replacement sticker pads can be sourced for most types of the windscreen dash camera from Elite Mechanics.
No action is required. This will be picked up and actioned automatically during routine safety visits.
Tyre depths should be measured across 3 points of the tread. There should be at least 2.00mm of tread at all 3 points.

The above is for guidance only. The driver should satisfy themself tyres are legal and safe before each journey.
Tyre pressures should be altered depending on the load carried by each bus. The recomended pressures for most instances are: Front: 44 Psi Rear: 55-60 Psi

It is the drivers responsibility to ensure the windscreen is safe and legal before each journey.
